Meet Chef Jonathan, this world traveled chef has packed in a lot of experience. The New Area Culinarian say he has mastered the perfect culinary marriage of international flavors and American regional cuisine. Chef began his food service career in the military as a food service specialist. While on duty in Germany, he was given the opportunity to attend a culinary workshop; and was chosen to be in a culinary competition. However, chef said his interest in food and cooking began “when I started burning cookies in my mother’s oven.”

After a break from military, chef attended The Culinary Institute of America where he received a Bachelor's degree in culinary art management. His professional experiences includes works in large hotels, independent restaurants, as culinary intructor for educational and private organizations in New York, chef at prestigious corporate and healthcare accounts. He has worked throughout the U.S and abroad in numerous positions from executive chef to co-owner of a restaurant and traveled to over 16 different countries to bring his cooking experiences to your table.

Additionally he served as Chef....at cafe 458 in Atlanta, GA. You should get involved and stop by the cafe for a sampling. You will feel good and eat good as well.
